This draft explains how information submitted through the Indesya Karya Digital website is handled. It must be reviewed and approved before the production form launches.

Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, project description, consent confirmation, and any optional company, service, or budget information you choose to provide. Cloudflare may also process technical request data needed for security and delivery.
Why we use it
We use this information only to review your enquiry, respond to you, discuss potential work, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary correspondence about the enquiry.
How the form is processed
The website sends the form to a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the submission for automated abuse, and Cloudflare Email Service delivers the enquiry to our support mailbox. The website does not store submissions in a public database.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage related correspondence, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. A more specific internal retention schedule must be approved before production launch.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell contact-form information. Cloudflare processes technical and submission data as our infrastructure provider, and our configured email provider processes the delivered message. Their systems may process data in multiple countries under their respective safeguards.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form and contact us by email instead. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your enquiry, subject to applicable requirements.
